PHPFinance has now forked to a new 1.x release tree being developed by screaming
The 0.x tree is not being developed anymore 0.6 being the last release
From a singleuser opensource software that you have to install to a multiuser where curent phpfinance (personal finance) will be free , but other types of finance (investment,insurance, mortgage,consultant) will be under a monthly fee.
I have switched to developing livefinance.org which is a hosted service incorporating the personal finance features of phpfinance but also paid features like worldwide spot exchange rates agregation , stock integration and more.
