Ok, i'm a total newbie to XMail...i've been trying to make a form that sends info to me in PHP. I have noo idea what to do with the mailserver :P I haven't configured it, it was setup when I installed Apache2Triad.
When I try using the php mail() function, it says 550 Relay Denied. How do I get it to allow relays?
EDIT: I might have fixed it. It no longer shows the errors. But i'm not sure if it's sent the email or not...i'll check in a bit.
EDIT EDIT: Nope. It doesn't send the emails. |

New Apachetriad Xmail user here..
Using php mail() function for application messages to clients on our intranet.
Messages are getting to server. They show up in the SMTP log with a
relay denied error (RCPT=ERELAY)
I also have noticed that the destination domain is blank in the server log (I do not know if this means anything or not).
Any help here is greatly. |
