But İt tell Could not create database me :(( WHY |

| asc your provider the hostname of youd database , what you have entered is not a hostname but a URL , to your site |

but it is tell register_globals are off (this program does not yet work in such conditions , change register_globals to on in php.ini) me now...
i small speak english.. :P
what is this problem?
