Native Currency

How do I change the NATIVE currency? Right now it's set to RON, and I can change it to display USD, but the NATIVE stays RON.

My total is not accurate either, and I'm not sure if that's because of the native currency problem, or if that's a separate issue.

Take a look at my screenshot to see what I'm asking about.
