First, great little app, been looking this for a while.
Now to the Q:
is there a way to use the fl_count_show -function with plain .HTML page ?
Much like the img tags -calls you have listed in the configuration ?

no , the only ones you can use in html are the functions in the example that generate a image , because we use the html image hack to run php code |
