| May I suggest a new feature to sum up all the entries of each month and then purge the data in order to save spaces and for backup easily? |

| i can do that , but space is not really a issue unless a month has thousands of entries , and i do not understand why backup would be easier , are you willing to elaborate ? |

The size of the backup file will be very large when the time goes by. It is very difficult for me to download it via a slow internet connection. In addition, the entries will display a very long list when the time goes by.
Furthermore, I host the program at a server that situated in USA (GMT -5) while I am in Asia, Hong Kong (GMT +8). The time zone is different. I would like to have a time zone setting for that situation so that I need not to change the date.
In my opinion, the purge function and sum up the monthly total are necessary. Time zone setting is also important too. What do you think?
