Graphics not appearing

I have installed the script, but when I try to enter the config section none of the graphics appear. I am using the Firefox Web Developer Toolbar, and it lists the graphics as "broken," but the path name is correct and the files are really there.

In my server logs, each time the page tries to load a graphpics file I get an error that says "Premature end of script headers"

Can anyone help me figure out what this means?
